SENIOR CONSULTANT (M/F)

As a recognised expert in your field, you will have senior responsibility for the following tasks :

   › Deploying your market strategy on the ground,

   › Expanding your client portfolio and demonstrating your consulting capabilities among clients (identifying requirements, producing specifications, etc.)

   › Supporting stakeholders throughout the recruitment process,

   › Approaching, identifying, assessing and selecting candidates,

   › Advising candidates during the decision-making process in particular.

 

You possess a university-level degree from a reputable institution and have at least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Consultant or Manager within a recruitment consulting firm.

You are sales-oriented and possess an in-depth knowledge of your market, with a strong background in client portfolio development and effective performance.

You enjoy challenges. Strong interpersonal skills, pragmatism and dynamism are essential requirements for this position.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE - Direct Approach (M/F)

Reporting to a Senior Consultant, you will assist with international recruitment assignments. Your key responsibilities will involve :

   › Helping to develop the direct approach (headhunting) strategy,

   › Developing and deploying your headhunting plan to identify target companies and candidates,

   › Acquiring knowledge of various sectors,

   › Contributing to business intelligence and market watch activities,

   › Approaching targeted candidates,

   › Acting as the interface between the consultant, candidates and clients,

   › Submitting regular and structured reports on your activity.

With high-quality search skills and an ability to submit suitable candidates to the consultant, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, including within the company.

You possess HR or sales qualification and initial experience gained through an internship within a recruitment company, ideally specialising the direct approach (headhunting) method.

This position will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, demanding and professional environment, focusing on both methodologies and economic environments.

This role demands a sharp mind, a willingness to commit, organisational skills and strong interpersonal capabilities.

Fluent English is essential.
